Refund?

I ordered some shoes from them around the end of June and when I got them I definitely did not want them and knew they were FAKE! I emailed kicksbay to get the instructions on how to send the shoes back to get my refund! I followed their instructions exactly as given and they said it could take 4-8 weeks for me to get my refund of $79.99 which I paid over $100 for the shoes to start with. This time came and went and now its the end of August and I don't have my money. Contacted them again and they swore it went through on July 12th which it didn't because I contacted my bank and they assured me no deposit from Kicksbay has came to my account.

I let them know this as well and they kept sending me the same email back then I demanded the name of their bank and a number. They gave me Solarworld and a num of 1-877-899-9990. I spoke with them and they assured me It did not go through due to an error on their behalf but would take care of it and I gave them my new account info and waited. This time came and went again and I still didn't have my money. I contacted Solarworld again and they said they didnt have my account info so I gave it to them again. This is now around october and I still have NO refund.

I emailed kicksbay again and they kept trying to send me an old email again telling me I got my money on July 12th which I did not. Gave it some more time and now its the end of nov and I do not have my money. I tried calling solarworld and the number is now DISCONNECTED and I emailed kicksbay to let them know and that I need a number but they have stopped emailing back and I still have not been refunded my $79.99! I want my money this is considered theft!
