Ripoff Indiana FOLLOW-UP

Here is my case-

IN 2/04 we looked everywhere to get financed, and when Ameriquest called and said they could help, we jumped at the chance. This, was to be, a major mistake. About 2 months later I had a Heart attack and was out for about 2 months. We called to discuss the option of placing those 2 months on the end of our loan, like was stated to us at the closing—EEEEEHHHH - WRONG! We had to come up with 3 months or they would foreclose. I told them that the best I could do was make payments until we could get caught up - nope, that was'nt going to fly either. I still sent something, and they called telling me that they would be sending my payments back and foreclosing. I told them that if they did, to make sure it was on a clearly visable ameriquest letterhead so that when i sued them for the deed that the courts would know who to charge. (fair debt collection act-FED) They keep appling my payments.

We are still fighting about how they used my wife's credit score and my paycheck (my name is no-where on the loan). The address is still wrong on the loan. All of what we stated were wrong and was told that it would be fixed that we did'nt need to worry about it right now, just sign.

As for what I've read so far as to the dealings with ameriquest, I see I'm not the only one to have problems with wrong info, people answering the phone and you can barely understand then because of a pungent accent. Them calling all the time demanding you send them the payment in full, like we have $1300 just laying around like pocket change.

As to the current ameriquest employees that send rebuttals - No, not all loan companies are bad, but, the one you work for, let's just say— do a web search for ameriquest morgage lawsuits.

I think you'll find more than you need to know very quickly. They've been banned from NJ, fixing to be banned in PA, there's a law firm in TX that they make millions from doing nothing more than sue ameriquest. All these people can't be wrong. Ameriquest is a PREDITOR LENDING CO. Maybe we all need to get together and petition the FTC and U.S. Government to fine this company and any others like it so much that it becomes unprofitable to do buisness like this.&just a thought
