Ripoff Round III fighting foreclosure due to their creative accounting

Saxon Mortgage is fighting as hard to take my home, as I am to save it.

I have paid them thousands of dollars to clear up the arrearage, they say I have, but now I am default $16,000 (this started out as a $5000 arrearage, for which I paid $6,000, only to be told I am still $5,000 in arrears.

I filed Chp. 13 to stop the sale of my home.
Went back to paying them. They were filing a stay to be released from the BK. On the basis that I was not paying them. They did not process my Dec'05, Jan '05 and Feb'05 payments but held on to them, and returned them to me on January 20, '05. The day the judge granted them their motion.

They are sleazy, they lie, and have inflated my pay-off by thousands of dollars, blocking my attemps to get re-financed and away from this nightmare with them.

Interesting enough, a call made to Saxon by someone who wanted to "buy" my house, and sell it back to me on a contract of deed. He told Saxon he would like to make an offer on the house, and they advised him to fax in an offer. Hmmm, doesn't sound cricket to me.

I have again filed Chp. 13 to stop the sale of my house that was to take place on March 8. I'm sure their minions are preparing ther motion of stay as we speak.

The Nightmare continues!!
