Corporate Development Network is at it agin, or still, as I don't know if they ever stopped from previous reports on here and elsewhere that I have read indicate.

They use telemarketing techniques to get you, a small business owner, to give them your bank acocunt number and the name of your bank in exchange for "membership" in their network, which is suppose to give you a $25,000 line of credit that is first touted as a spend anywhere line of credit. During the sales pitch you are promised five business days from the reciept of their offering package to cancel, but the charges are put through almost immediately anyway, and you may never get their package by Fax or E-mail. They have both my Fax # and Email but Inever received anything from them. (except two charges on my bank account totalling $399.90.)

When I called to complain, all I got was rudeness in response. I was told by one that I would be transferred to someone who might athourize the refund, but that only resulted in a dead end phone calll that literal rang for 45 minutes with noone answering. (obvoiously an unoccupied office or unplugged phone)

I called back again, and was told that I had talked to a manager who had rejected my request. The conversation never occurred. I was then told that they would check with Corporate and I should call back in a couple of hours. Needless to say, "Corporate" rejected the request also, (if that request was ever really made or not, I have my doubts) I then requested the number for Corporate so I could call them myself.instead of giving me the number, I was tansferred to what I can only assume was the same number as before and I hung up after 15 minutes of listeining to a ringing telephone.

Not to be one who will be outdone by anyone who is being less than honest, I discovered through a national search on the Better Business Bureau web site that they are an LLC formed in New Jersey, but currently at least, operating from Casselberry, Florida, and actually found a local phone number and physical address for them. I attempted once to call the local phone number (407) 310-5940 and it immediately went to a voice mail that failed to identify any person or company. I left no message.
Since then I have filed reports with my local BBB in Tulsa, Ok and with teh Central Florida BBB Where they are located. I have also filed a complaint with the State Attorney General of Florida.

I hope that this will continue to pile up, and not get lost and forgotten, until someone with enough pull can bring these jerks down!
