Ripoff

This company called capital first called me about a credit card that would help me build my credit back up. After i recieved my package in the mail, i discovered that it wasn't a credit card at all. It was a account to pull money from my bank account.

I called the company back and they told me that i was going to be reimursed my $185.00 back in 10 business day. After 15 business day went passed, i called them back and they told me to leave my name and number and someone would call me back, but never did. I called back and finally talked to someone when they told me to fax my information to corporate office. Corporate office called and told us that our money would be refunded to us.

It has be almost 4 months now and they keep telling me that they are going to send my money back to us but they don't. Someone needs to stop these people from taking advantage of other people.
