Disceptive bank practices and fraudulant activity

I visited a Union Planters Bank department in Clarksville, TN. And cashed my disability look for the quantity of $908.00. After I visited withdraw funds from my accoung in a later day I came across I'd no profit my bill. Our consideration must of had a stability of $700.37. Upon analysis I came across the quantity of $1608.37 was removed from my consideration exactly the same evening that I cashed my disability check. Used to do not receive that entire quantity, I just received $908.00. Therefore where did the cash proceed???

I named the financial institution and its own primary workplace and also have not had this issue settled whatsoever. They inform me the tellers cabinet quantity when audited was appropriate. THEREFORE where did my cash proceed, when I don't contain it. Used to do not obtain a backup of the deal at that time it just happened or I'd of noticed the scam. When asked the financial institution stated they don't provide recietes or copies of deal whatsoever.

I simply wonder just how many others they've scammed such as this!!!

Because I'm a hand-writing specialist I approached the financial institution to get a backup of the deal. Upon taking a look at the backup of the deal I came across the quantity of the withdrawl wasn't stuffed in by me whatsoever. The bill number and withdrawl quantity is created in someone elseis hand. It was completed after I closed the withdrawl type, since if it had been completed enjoy it was said to be I'd of captured the tellers fraudulance.

I've had simply no quality of the issue despite calling my lawyer. I intend to document a legitimate conplaint using the greater business agency. I also intend to inform everybody I understand not to utilize any department or organization assocaited with Marriage Planter's Lender.
