Ripoff, Lairs and Fraud

I was sent this great letter. That if i want to rebuild credit, all i would have to do is send in 299.95 and i would get in the package a prescription card, a coupon for a rebated computer, 1000.00 shopping coupons. It sounded great, being i have no credit. Then i was told i should had checked into it first. Well i called back and stated i had changed my mind, but they already took out of my account. Then they said they would put back in, which on the statement they did, but took right back out. Same day at that. I was liared to and cheated and these places need to be charged with these crimes.
