Ameriquest tries to suck you into thinking that they are going to help you, but after all the paperwork is settled, here we are with late taxes. Why? First, they bever paid the taxes as was said in our agreement. So late taxes with penalty for us oh joy. They NEVER registered our deed for our home and it's been almost 2 years now. I keep getting the runaround on the phone. They lost 810.00 of our money for our homeowners insurance, and come to find out, We NEVER HAD homeowners insurance!!! They are trying to take our house with these deceptive practices, and here we have 4 children under 10 and I'm unable to work because of a hand injury I've had surgery for. They never even put my fiance on the title to our house, now they say it's too late. This is a bunch of crap. Every time I call them "SOMEONE" will call you back. No they don't call back. They know they are screwing people. Buyer Beware. I hope they get the you know what sued out of them and I'll be the first one in line to collect.
