Mortgage they lie! Ripoff! They will do what ever it takes to take your money -stay away! It is the broiler room!

Ameriquest is a rip off Company and needs to be stopped, My broker failed to tell me about Liens on my home untill after closing of my loan and did not put it on my HUD - On the Hud it says I'm getting the cash out - They gave me a refi in 2003 and they never told me about the liens then and the liens were from 1997, and NOW they find them -How could they have missed them in 2003 when I refi., I had no idea they were on my home - I asked them to file a claim with the title Ins from 2003 and they would not do this. They still have my cash out. The amount of my cash out is not enought to paid them off. I'm trying to get a Lien avoidence But this takes time. All the broker wanted was his Money! He knew about these liens before I signed and failed to tell me or put them on my HUD. He lied to me and told me my title was clean. He called me on Christmas Eve and said Merry X-mas your Money will be wired to you with in 4 hours or Tuesday of next week - well I waited a week and called him to find out about these liens! They have made So many errors I can not explain them all — I took this loan out on Dec 24th for 4 weeks my Broker would not take my calls and the Office of the Pres. Would not call me back. I finily got through to someone by going to the web site and calling corporate office. I'm paying Interest on Money I do not have. I called the title co. Myself and the Ins claim on that old loan is closed because they paid it off. I can not belive A company of this size is screwing low Income customers like me. All they want to do to help is treaten me to unfund the loan - which would put me in default. Because my Broker had told me not to pay my Dec. Payment. If they unfund this loan THEY SAY I have to pay 2 months of payments. I did nothing wrong and have never been late on a payment, in fact I was calling in my PYMNT when MY BROKER answered the phone and talked me into this LOAN. They are doing nothing to help me. It was X-mas -So he said keep your money and lets refi and get you some more! We will close before the end of the month so it will not hurt your credit. SURE he did - He took advantage of me, Lied and charged me a lot of money for this loan. Also they will not send me my signed documents, which I paid for. It goes on and on, They are CROOKS!!! Stay away from this comanpy.
