Of Texas stole my home, cause me to file bankrupcy, cause me to be sick Ripoff

My loan was sold to EMC, from the point on I have had problems. My taxes were not paid, even though we had the taxes and insurance included into the payment. My daughter-in-law found our house listed on the sale sheets for a mere 86.96. Also, when I went to the insurance agent to upgrade the homeowners insurance, he imformed me that the insurance was canceled. No one had paid the bill.

I paid the next 2 years insurance and the taxes, but, they were still taking it out of the account for someone. Who??? We went thru some bad times do to lost of job and or health. Got behind in the payments, they started adding on so many charges that the loan was 3 times the organial amount of the loan.

I have had to fill bankrupcy and move out of my home of 20 years. This has cause so much stress on our family and health.

There should be something that can be done. Please help others not lose their homes. I want my home back. Keep fighting people.
