Closing agent falisified insurance documents to get loan approved, did not recieve cash as contracted

At time of closing we were suppose to get 2,500.00, we received 600.00 and change. We did not have homeowners insurance at the time. The ameriquest agent changed the date on our insurance policy so loan will be approved. This can be proven by documents recieved from Ameriquest. Our cash out money was reduced because of a mistake made by Ameriquest. (Unpaid taxes was the reason) they never paid the taxes. Ameriquest altered documents and when we requested copies of same documents, we were denied. Ameriquest has been found as a rip off company by the Federal Goverment, yet nothing was done to protect us citizens. This has been going on for years. We contacted the office of the President at Ameriquest and stated our case, but to no satisfaction.
