Ripoff the company scammed me out of $299.00 they promised me a credit card and i never recieved one

Back in November of i received a phone call from strategic credit, also known as guardian associates. They said i was approved for a credit card but need to pay a one time fee of $299.00. I have bad credit and really need the card so i feel for it. I gave them my social security number, my home address, my date of birth, my mothers maiden name, my bank account information. Everything. They told me i would recieve the card 14 days after the money was taking out of my account. I asked them not to take the money to the following friday (i get paid bi-weekly) but the tried to take the money 2 days early and i was charged fee's from my bank because the money was not there. I called the company a number or times and got no answer finally the next day i got an answer and i told the lady on the phone i did not want the card anymore and not to debit my account and she said ok. She also told me i would receive my $30.00 back that my bank charged me.

The following day way they took the money out of my account and since then i have been trying to contact the company and i got no response from them. Their recording comes on and say's all representatives are currently busy try back later. Now it is February 25. I was scammed out of $299.00 and still have not recieved any credit card. I am a single mother of one struggling to provide for my child. The money they scammed me out of was money taking from my childs mouth. Please help me
