Credit card scam

To whom it may concern:
I was contacted by Stragetic Credit and told that I had had a raise in my credit score and was approved for a $3,500 credit card from citibank that I would recieve the card in ten to fifteen days after I made an intial processing fee of $299.00

I agreed to let them do a draft from my account the company said that they would draft the account in two installments one for $149.00 and one for $150.00 to equal the $299.00 I have contacted this company on many times I only get a voice mail this company also gave me the name Coreco Financial Benifits and this is why they had to do the processing this way. The numbers I have for these companies are 1-877-821-5810
1-877-757-6277 727-471-0405 1-866-663-7166 These companies are claiming to be giving the customer a Mastercard from Citibank.

I checked my account and the checks were deposited in Citizens Bank in Worchester, Ma and also the monies were taken from Riverside, Ri. I have contacted the banks and they have returned my call we are now checking with coporate security.

I just want my money back and pray that this person or persons are punished.
