OCWEN, FSB Ocwen Federal Bank Ripoff harrassed me till the only thing i could do was sell the house below market price to get rid of it fast and keep my credit from going even futher south New York

I received a house from my grandfather when he passed away in 1991 I usde it as rental property with rent @ $675.00 and in 1999 I took a mortage out to pay some bills, this Loan was sold to Delta Funding, and they gave me total H* even called me on my cell phone while I was on vacation in Las Vegas, now be honest do you think I would go to Las Vegas knowingly I was behind 3 months, I think NOT. I got it straightend out and was flying again till the same thing happend. "behind 3 months" so I went and refinanced the load with another company and then REAL H* started they sold it to Crock-wen. I started getting calls from "Amy" on the answering machine when i called back "Amy" sounded like USAMA BIN LADEN's sister and then and there I know I had been had!

I got popped with late charges, processing fees, ect. And when I called about a payoff they said it would be $25 to have faxed and $15 to mail but I had to submit it in writing and by the time it would have received it the payoff would have been diffrent. I put up with it for 2 and a half years and I went to buy a new truck and Crock-wen had CRAP-WRECKED my credit so bad I had to have a co-signer for the loan. I decieded to sell the home below market value to make a quick sale and be done with the fockers, but the more I think about it $675 X 12 = $8100 a year and times that by say 20 years thats $162,000, and wouldn't it be great to be able to give your son or daughter there granddads or great granddads house, sure it would. But thanks to Crock-wen and their un fair BS, my son will have to buy his own house. Boy I feel a little bit better with that off my chest!!!
