Ripoff Overcharging fees!

My loan was sold to Ocwen about 3 years ago. I have not been happy with them from day 1. I got behind in mortage payments and had to file bankruptcy... Which kept them from taking my house!

I have made my mortage payments through my trustee each month. I am now in the process of selling my home. I am represented by counsel and my attorney has had a very hard time communicating with them.

When they sent me documents regarding my payoff... They were trying to add about $6,000 worth of extra fees, etc. I gave this to my attorney and we files a Motion in court. Ocwen did not show up. The Judge gave them 10 days to show prove of the $6,000. They still did not file anything. So I think I have won! The Judge set the payoff... Less the $6,000.

This company is fraudulent and needs to be put out of business. I wish everyone luck in dealing with them!!!
