Ocwen took our house back in 1999. They started forclosure after HUD sold out to them in 1997. Is there still a class action law suit against Ocwen? Our house has settlement damage to the tune of $35,000.

To date it is unsafe, but some how Ocwen is renting the house out. They must have a real estate handling the rental. They are just as crooked! Ocwen is collecting the rent each month but not paying the real estate taxes! They claim the my husband is a (Second) owner and to forward the taxes to him.

I caught Ocwen in my husbands credit report! Looking to attach wages or property? We will never own a house again since Ocwen trash us! Yes, Ocwen stole 6 months of my mortgage payments. I have the receipts, but no one wanted to see them! I am worried about this tax mess. Anyone know what to do? I called and wrote to the city I live in and no one cares to help.
