Mld Mortgage was extremely difficult to deal with in applying for 2 mortgages on 2 pieces of property. After inquiries, I discovered that they were not set up to do business in my home state of Arizona. Once signed up with a deposit of 1200 $ to hold you in place, they refused to answer my calls or that of my realtor and title co.
When things were delayed by MLD, they charged me an extra 400$ for their mistake. They appear to deal with you starting the day before the loan is due. At this point they lowered the amt of the loan that we had agreed upon to cover up an error they had made.
Overall they made the process much more nervewracking then it needed to be. Use them at your own risk.
