Mortgage Employees - Manufactured Home

This bank has really bad chattel mortgage people. They wrote off my loan without notifting me and now refused to either email or call to answer my questions. I have tried multiple times to try to get this resolved. No answer. I had to shut them down from all their constant calls as the stressed me so much my ms flared up they didn't care and they wanted their money now. All I want now is to get the title to my manufactured home and the down payment I made.
