I took out a loan with a furniture company, the original creditor was Washington Mutual, but them Citifinancial bought out the loan. I had a 1 yr no interest contract for $1500.. I noticed on my statements every month that interest was accumulating and I questioned the branch manager (Georgia).. She said "That our normal process once you pay out the amount financed the interest will be adjusted" payed it out on December 15, that was the date the representative at the bracch told me it had to be paid. The account was paid in full,

I faxed all the history & final payment back on December 20 to the main office which added up to $1500 so that they could adjust the interest and close this account, but I received a statment in the mail that said I owed $345.00!! They never adjusted the interest. So I called back today I was transfered 6-7 times and no one could find my account no! I called the local branc and David Guiterriez said he could not do anything because the account was pay in full on their end! I called another # 1800-256-1116 and they are now saying the local branch gave me the wrong info and they have to investigate! Now What!!
