Bank fraud, took $ from bank account without permission

Ma collection agency, while making arangements with credit agency to deal with this debt they took a payment without my autherization.

I gave them account information but withheld my approval, so i could discuss it with my credit councilor, who told me not to make the payment. They said call on friday to let us know what you are doing, so i did. I told them not to proced. They didnt have my permission. They took the payment anyway.

When i tried to speak to the person again they said he is longer with the company. We have spent 3 hours on the phone and they are still giving us the run around
