Scam of Interest rate~ Charged 35.961.00 interest on a ($46,135.00-Loan)

I got a $46,135.00 loan from Settlement Capital Corporation.

The first part of the $46 135.00 loan, was $30,000.00, started March 15,1999, ended March.

The interest rate was 17.970, I was charged $13,980.00 interest fee, my monthly payment was $733.00 per month for 5 years. I was told that I would pay interest of 17.970 on the 30.000.00, My total payment
on this loan was $43,980.00.

My 2nd loan was added on 10/1/1999, it was $16,135.00, I was told
that my interest rate was 17.979. Since I was paying the $733.00
I was told that the payment would apply, to the added on loan.

What I found out in May was that Settlement Capital Corporation, applied the ($733.00 payment, to interest payment only no loan payment applied), from 10/01/99-02/15. This loan continued until July. My total payment on this loan was $38,116.00

I paid $35,961.00 interest, on a $46,135.00 loan, 9 years and 4 months
they abused and used me.
