Scam letter

I received a letter from elan financial services. The letter said that I owe $129.00 with a past due amount of $40 with an account ending in 8917. It also said to mail payments at PO Box 790408, St. Louis, MO 63179-0408 and to call 1-877-838-4347 if I have difficulty with making payments.

This letter is definitely a scam letter because I do not have any accounts with this company.
