wells fargo auto loan
took money from my account without my authorization

they took a second payment from my checking account and when i called to get it back the only way to do so is via check. Then i was lied to saying it could be over nighted and when i called to check i was told it would now take 7-10 business days . This now has my bank account with nsf charges because i had the money but they took it so i have charges i have to pay that i wouldnt have had to if you didnt take my money
