Late Fees From Missed Online Payment and Rude Representative

I've had CareCredit for two years, for laser hair removal. Some how or another Carecredit didn't get my payment online through the same bank (Wachovia) I had since before CareCredit. To make a long story short, a witch named Kristen or Chistian or what ever her name may have been, was so ever rude to we when I was telling her how I didn't understand why I was getting charged for so many late charges and fees for their mistake. She wouldn't even let me talk. This made what was already a bad day dealing with their screw up even worse. I was really mad. I told her she didn't need to be rude and that I wanted to talk to someone else. She said she would hang up on me. So, naturally I cussed her and hung up.
