Bad customer service

I've had CareCredit for two years, for laser hair removal. Some how or another Carecredit didn't get my payment online through the same bank (Wachovia) I had since before CareCredit. To make a long story short, a witch named Kristen or Chistian or what ever her name may have been, was so ever rude to we when I was telling her how I didn't understand why I was getting charged for so many late charges and fees for their mistake. She wouldn't even let me talk. This made what was already a bad day dealing with their screw up even worse. I was really mad. I told her she didn't need to be rude and that I wanted to talk to someone else. She said she would hang up on me. So, naturally I cussed her and hung up. I've never had a problem like that with costumer service. I hate CareCredit.
