I need my full refund! - American Safety Council dmv exam

I decided not to take the online exam and didn't attempt to take it so like it says in the website I am qualified for a full refund. I have been emailing since Monday already and no reply at all. I just want a reply assuring me that I will get my full refund of 24.95 and that's it. Is that too much to ask?: (I'm more sad then anything, I need the money for more important things and I hope this problem can be resolved as soon as possible.
