Full refund not received for unused online DMV exam

I decided not to take the online exam and did not attempt to take it, so as it says on the website, I am qualified for a full refund. I have been emailing since Monday and have had no reply at all. I just want a reply assuring me that I will get my full refund of $24.95, and that's it. Is that too much to ask? :( I'm more sad than anything. I need the money for more important things and I hope this problem can be resolved as soon as possible.
