I have registered for online course, pay all fees for exam at choose location. Food safety admin policy is if unable to sit exam you need to cancel in 48 hours. The exam date that was sent to me on September 10 at 5:24 p. M for exam on September 12 at 5:00 pm. First the number to re schedule the exam does not work, and they sent me to a location that I didnt choose. I have been calling and they want me to pay $ 60.00 to reschedule for an exam. I need help, I am not going to pay this money when I am not the one who forfeit the contract.
