American Safety Council's biometric authentication not reliable - American Safety Council defensive driving course

I have personally invested more than 4 hours taking your online course. Due to some reason your system fails to recognize me as the same person and it locked me out two times.
After searching online I see that this has happened to so many others as well. I am a 67 year old retired professional and I assure you I have taken this very seriously. It is extremely stressful to spend this much time and then have this occur.
I would truly appreciate your help with this matter.
