Wtf?!

On Friday, I found that my account and my card have been restricted, called customer service and they said that I have suspicious activity on my account?! And that I have to fax certain documents to get it resolved, seriously? Of course it was Thanksgiving weekend... No way to have anyone look over my fax... Now it is Monday night, have missed black Friday, rent is due on Wednesday... We shall see what happens tomorrow, but I know one thing, I'm not giving them any more business... DO NOT SET UP ACCOUNT WITH THEM! No idea why they think I have suspicious activity... I haven't purchased anything expensive, other than a week worth of motel stay! This is ridiculous!
