Hotel - Prepaid Debit card

I have the same complaint as everyone else. I was cautious. I only put $100 on the card to see if I liked it. The next day my power was out do to a storm. I took my family to a local hotel for the night. Account now will not release the $80 hold on my card—it is CRAZY!!!
The Holiday Inn Customer Rep thinks that I am insane..
