RESTRICTED ACCOUNT - Prepaid Debit card

My son in law and daughter have lived with me 3 years and i have notorised statements i handle there finances.
I even got them there cards and set them up, i have did transfers for my whole family for several years.
Now these two get up and run and abandoned there child with me and call and freeze my account and the rest of the familys saying these transactions where not legal.
I get no email or phone call just told it would take 30 to 90 days to settle and our money is frozen.
I have been a card user longer then the rest and have managed the money for several years in the same manner... What the heck account now do the math here.
And wake up it is so easy to see these children are committing fraud with these lies.
Also when i try to reach someone with this complaint they just say we will document what you say and there is no way to fax documents of your truth so it stops.
So i had to do a little research and found the ceo and top names of the board. This company does not handle there buisness in any kind of professionalism what so ever.
