Keystroke/voice recognition - Defensive Driving Course

I JUST purchased this program online three hours ago, and have spent the ENTIRETY of that time up until now trying to get past the keystroke recognition just to START the course. It would allow me to pass through eight of the trials, and then as soon as I'd submit my verification the ninth time, I would start right again at one. I'd get through it again, and it would go back a space. Tried again, go back to one. Tried again, go back to the sixth "attempt". Very frustrating. So I began a search for reviews, only to see that a lot of people have this problem. I noticed that a representative responded to a reviewer by recommending that the reviewer purchase the voice recognition, as other users found it easier to use. So! I spent the extra five dollars to give it a try. I couldn't even tell you whether or not it works better, because it isn't even an option (yet?!) - I still have to used keyboard biometrics to get through?!?! REALLY really upset customer here. All I want is to take my course! I only have a few days left. I don't want a refund, just a certificate. I feel like I've been scammed!!
