Poor Phone/Customer Service, Still Billing After Cancellation! - phone services

Our company has been a Windstream client for years and finally got fed up with the constant disconnection and phone problems. Being a medical practice we can not afford to go 4-6 hours without a phone connection.

Since we have changed over to AT&T we have still been getting billed for services that we have not received. I can never get anyone who knows how to help me. When I thought I found someone to email with, she was handling my dispute and all of the sudden she wasn't with the company anymore.

In addition to all of the trouble Windstream service fees/prices are double of other providers so look around!
