Reversal _Fund Transfe

I have a current account in Citbank. Transferred money using online transfer to another bank. After few days, the bank reversed full amount back to my citi bank account. Even after 9 days of the reversal information given to Citibank, they have not credited my money to my account. Whenever i call their call center, they will put on hold for about 10 minutes to see the status and say we will put a request to the department. I am not sure how many days it is going to take. To my knowledge it will not take more than a day or two (in rare cases) to get the amount reflected back into the account. Hope this unfriendly bank will credit my money to my account.
