Ripoff and I have been waiting for a refund for months!

I would like to join all others who have posted messages on this board about the RIPOFF that Phoenix Consumer Services has been putting many innocent people through. I bought into the scam in October and asked all the right questions like the rest of you..." is it secure? Am I guranteed approval? Is the limit really $1500? And is their a money back gurantee?" Well to my dismay I paid the fee of $129.95 and guess what...??? That money was out of my account in a matter of days!!! Then when I got this "so called packet" in the mail and realized that I had to apply for cards I had already been "approved" for I was furious. So I applied like a dummy and of course I was denied and even told by one company that was listed that they had never heard of Phoenix Consumer Services and that they didn't even offer cards in my area!

So I gathered the necessary paperwork to prove that I was entitled to a refund and faxed it in. I spoke to someone who said I was "approved" for a refund and I should recieve it in 4-6 weeks. Well it has been 6 weeks and according to someone else it hasn't even been mailed yet. When I complained about the length of time it was taking for the refund when they got my payment in less than 24 hours for their services, the man said that if I kept my credit straight I would have been approved for a card and we wouldn't be having the conversation.

Like all others I get the constant all ciruits busy and the run around every time I call and I told them I would file one of the fraudulent forms out at my bank if I did not get my refund and the man told me to " go ahead... By time all that paperwork is processed you will have got your refund"

I would like to join all of you in filing a lawsuit and stop this company from praying on innocent people who have credit problems trying to get back on track. I am a single parent and I sure could have used that $129.95 that they still have of mine, collecting interest in their bank account, for my kids under the Christmas tree. Some how, some way we all have to get in touch to get it going before others who may not have the guts to speak up for their refund get money stolen from them.
