Ripoff, dishonest, rude, harrassing, shared personal information with people outside of the home

This company should really be shut down, i wish i had known about this site sooner, proabably too late for me but i am hoping maybe by speaking out i can help someone else.

The representative i have is the worst! Has left me crying on the phone, he has called my house and called my 12 yr old son a liar, swore at me... Called my sisters house and told her and my nieces how much was owed and if we didnt call back asap he was taking our home. Now I am not looking for no sympathy, but i am battling depression and do receive SSI for mental reasons and i did explain that to them and even asked that they take the payments out of my monthly checks and no go, everytime i have been behind i have caught up... This time his harrassment just buried me i avoided the calls it is all my fault but darn it they should take some responsibility as well
