Talked me into a credit card and took 300 DOLLARS out of my checking account and I never recieved a credit card and they stole my money!

On January 15 I recieved a call from a lady named Sweety offering me a credit card. I had NO credit so I thought it was a really good deal because I could not qualify for othr credit cards. She told me I would be charged to get it started because I had no credit and it would be a fixed APR credit card.

About 4 days later 299.00 dollars was taken out of my checking account. I waited a couple of weeks and never recieved the credit card.

I started calling the number they had given me and it kept going to a message system asking me to leave a message. Out of the hundreds of times I tried calling them a person picked up ONCE.

When the person pick up about a year and a half after the 299.00 dollars was taken out of my account I yelled and asked them to give me my money back and he said the credit card was in the mail and hung up on me.
I NEVER recieved a credit card and I NEVER got my 299.00 dollars back.

Now when I call the number it is disconneced! I am very upset and hope something can be done about this.
