I have had a dispute with Citibank MC since 12. I contracted an outside business to help me with my computer because I had a virus & a hacker in my files. They did not do the service that was requested and when I tried to call them they were not there. When I did get a hold of them they explained that they are new business and did fire his employee. They were going to call me back to resolve this issue. This never happened. When I tried to dispute this charge on my card, Citibank did not help me what so ever. There not people they are robots with out a brain. I gave them everything that they asked for and they still told me that they could not help me. They also said there time line was up in this matter.
If anyone out there needs a credit card... Do not get citi-bank. I will be filling additional charges against them.
