Appalling Late Charges for Service Members on Travel Card

I think it is appalling that you charge service members a late charge when they have no control over when it is paid! We fill out our travel vouchers and expect everything to be taken care of. I find this inexcusable.

I will be collecting information on recent cases and forwarding it to the local news.
