VTC claims MVP printed the Vouchers without their authorization

Traveling & Tourism

Modern Vacation Planning (MVP), a distibutor for Vacation Travel Club (VTC) successfully tempted us to become members of VTC for $8,493.95. When we confronted them with evidence that VTC and other clubs charge a fraction of that fee, they offered, and we accepted, as a compromise, two VTC-Vouchers $1,000 each. After months of delaying tactics they redeemed the first Voucher. We get no response regarding redemption of the second Voucher. VTC claims MVP printed the Vouchers without their authorization.
