Two Disputes Ruled Against Me With No Answers to Questions

D 2 big money criminals cases with amex. Both robbed thousands of dollars. And never answered one question and I repeatedly told amex that to solve the cases ask the criminals to answer the questions. I was ruled against on the 2 cases. I have been asking questions of amex for 6 months with no responses. Big money robs america at will by doing whatever they want and then never answer one question. Sent info to 7 top execs at amex with no response. In the 2 cases an Amex rep gave me a known 6 out of 6 lies to rule against me. I addressed with amex and no response
