Stolen card number taking their time to invesigate need MY money NOW - visa gold

Someone some how got my card number and ccv number and paid their light bill then they paid some cricket phone payments but this happened 2 days after I got my tax return and it is almost 2 months now and all I get is the run around and is my money so my daughter can come move down to Ga with me every time I call customer service they charge me and why am I paying 9.95 a month for card service and can't get service. The most agrivating thing is their fake apologies. Don't apologize just fix the problem.
