Cricket that has a bad internet service - android zte

On March 1st I paid my bill. Well at the same time I was paying my bill their system crashed and the same time they took the money off my card. I called customer service about the problem and they sent me to 8 different people. Well when I told them that their services were garbage they threw a block on my phone to tell me that there is not any customer representives availible. They did that to 3 of my phones. I go to a different phone to call and I get through but wait a few minutes to try to call back and there is a block on that number. Well to sum it up now my phone is shut off. So to all the people out there who wants to go to cricket DON'T! They are garbage!
