Sears screws over customer

Sears drafted payments from my savings account instead of my checking account causing me to incur $131.00 in overdraft fees. My bank said they would erase fees if sears would simply fax a short statement to my bank stating that this was done in error and that they now had the correct account number. They have refused to help me out. No one is asking them to pay the fees, won't cost them anything to help me out
