Poor AE Service

I recently ordered several expensive gift cards. After being informed on 3/13 that they were shipped I finally called today (3/26) to find out where they were. You CS Rep advised the package address City was put on incorrectly - the pkg was returned and it was at thier office needing a proper address. WHY DID THEY NOT CALL ME TO TELL ME THIS? If I had not called, how long were they going to sit on the pkg. They have all my contact info.
