My son who is 26 thought he had a nice home. This women told him if he was to put this house in another name, he would get it much leser price, of course she had someone name for him, so he did not telling us about this, she made sure he would not tell anyone or he would lose on this deal, so time went on and he moved in, and still makeing payments ever months. She seemed like a nice lady my son said and met her children to, after 4 months past, she asked my son for a loan, of 80,000 she told him if he did she would put the money she owed him to the house it seemed fair to him, so this deal went on, then my son gets a forecloser note on the door, she has not been making any payment, to this house, and left town, my son had no proof of owening this home, so he had to move out and lost all of what he worked so hard for... I am so mad at this women, something should be done she has been doing this for sometime. To other people...
