Once again like many people I was called on nov. 6 2004 10: am told that peoples rebate visa vard company was willing to give me another chance on my credit. With a low interest rate for 6 months and that after 6 months I would be reavakusted and if my payments had been paid on time I would be elagiable for a higher balance creditcard. But all I needed to pay was 299.00 this was a one time fee. He said first he needed to verify that I had a checking account first. So stuoid me I gave him my account number not authorizeing anything!!! He said he would call me back in a few hrs with a answer and a mail out date for my card.

No call back but a chrge to my account on november 24 for 299.00 I callled this company back. I got hung up on. I was told they we'r a third party billing for peoples rebates. I asked for a physical address. They said they did not know that. I asked for a direct phone # for the company they said they did not know that either. So presently I am dealing with my bank to get my money back. Terrilbe scam DO NOTEVEN SPEAK TO THEM!
