Ripoff!

My husband and I called them the day they tried to debit our account of the $299.95 and told them do not send us anything and give us our money back and they refused. Telling us over and over again that we had to wait until their product shipped.

We then called our bank to file a dispute and was told by them to wait as well to follow their return policies. Well, we waited and never got anything and when I called Peoples again was given the same runaround about their "so called return policies". This was the last straw.

I called my bank again to dispute, while I was on the phone my bank contacted Peoples and found that they were not being accomodating and incompitent and with them on the phone said they would refund all of my money. The rep from People's told him he could not do that and my bank rep said "yes I can I am the bank and you are refusing to help this customer."

Do not listen to anything they say at People's, call your bank's dispute line and have them do a conference call and they will see that these people are just trying to steal your money and make sure that you give your bank the web address for "ripoff" so they can verify for themselves that this is nothing but a SCAM.
