RIPOFF website recorded someone elses SSN with my info

Found that the on-line info I provided was recorded wrong. The company has someone elses SSN attached to my information. The compant won't change, cancel or refund my money until I send them a faxed copy of my SSN. They won't send me a "request" to update my information, so I have a paper trail.
