Ripoff

They put my payments in an escrow account, or in a suspense account and dont apply payments on my actual accounts until maybe 3 or 4 months later. Then they charge me for late charges for the months they hold my money. Sometimes they just hold the checks and don't cash them.

I have sent my money in receipt requested through certified mail and they still hold it for several days. They keep offering to refinance just so they can keep our credit scores down by keep asking for credit history then they cancel the refinance before they even contact me.

I paid my November payment, it is as of right now in suspense and they are charging me late charges and when I called they told me they could not apply the payment because it is for December. When I tried to explain to them to get them to understand she told me I would have to talk to someone else and then they just hang up on me.

They have cost me over 1000. Dollars in interest and late charges by just their stupidity
