Loan rip-off!

I submitted an on-line application for a loan for people with not so great credit. I received a call from Susan Carpenter from this company who said I was approved and that I had to get unemplyment insurance before the loan would go through. I sent the money 1682.70 via MoneyGram to Watermark Insurance Company.

I talked to Susan after that and she said that the lender wanted me to have higher insurance coverage. I told her that I could not pay any more money out. She then told me that she would get with the lender and work something out for me and would have an answer by the end of business on Friday. Today is Wednesday and I have not been able to get ahold of her or the company.

I did the research before I sent the money and I could not find any bad reports on this company. Funny enough after I sent the money I checked again and there were 2 bad reports that I found. I have sent her countless e-mails and tried to call the number a hundred times or better with no response. I either get a busy signal, a message machine, or a pre recorded message telling me their mailbox is full.

I am very upset about this and I don't know where else to go from here. If you get a call from this company DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I keep hoping that they will come through and I am freaking out for no reason, but I am finally coming to grips with the fact that I just go ripped off.
